In College Link this morning we have been playing a game of bluff called 'Carrot in a box'. The students had to use their powers of persuasion and communication, together with body language cues, to ensure they were the person who ended the game with the carrot in their box. Students were encouraged to communicate with and at times deceive their opponents to come out on top with the all-important carrot! They came away from this activity feeling their problem-solving skills had been enhanced, as well as their communication skills.
