"Working together to inspire others, learn collaboratively, enjoy education & achieve scholarship"

ELIP Mission Statement

ELIP has been delivering high-quality teacher training for the primary phase and Special Education sector since 2013. Our programme is constantly evolving, considering the most recent educational research. The local nature of our programme is written in conjunction with local schools, for local schools. Our Mission Statement informs all that we do – improving outcomes for learners in our area and beyond.

We work in partnership with curriculum and pedagogical experts to deliver excellent centre-based training. This is supported and applied by our exceptional school-based mentors whilst on school-based training (placements). Our partnerships extend beyond with direct links to Embrace TSH, Blackpool Research School and many others.

Each trainee is an individual on our programmes and our Programme Leaders support you through your teacher training journey to become the very best teacher you can be. We use focussed support and target setting to develop your practice to achieve curriculum and pedagogical excellence in readiness for your Early Career induction.

We are really excited that you are considering us to support you through this very exciting journey so that you can improve the outcomes of pupils in East Lancashire and beyond.
